About Me
Here's my story.
Iām Braydon, a senior full-stack engineer, creative coder and self-proclaimed designer who has a passion for the front-end spectrum.
I love creating, whether those things are web applications, CodePen creations, mobile apps, podcasts, or tinkering around in Photoshop or Illustrator.
I specialize in front-end development and make it my mission to translate user-focussed designs into pixel-perfect websites or applications that run blazing fast.
Iām currently part of the team at Cognizant where I help architect and develop full-stack RESTful microservices, train and prepare developers for delivery, and assist in leading the front-end practice in a lab-based working environment.
I always like learning new things. I often write about my findings on my blog, and post helpful tech-related tidbits on Twitter.

My wife and I welcomed our first child, ElizaJane Anne Coyer, into the world on May 3rd, 2021.
Built custom blog šØ
Migrated my articles from a subdomain to this portfolio and built a custom blog system powered by MDX and Gatsby.
2020
Launched updated portfolio š
Launched my new portfolio powered by Gatsby and Contentful, styled with Tailwind CSS and deployed on Netlify.

After dating for 4 years, I married the woman I've loved since middle- school!

In March 2020 we started working from home. Who knew it would last this long?
2019
Health care AI š§°
I was placed in a team to architect and lead their front-end team to produce a component library for several health care industry leaders.
Launched NgLimeade š
Launched an Angular toast library to get toast notifications up and running in a project within 30 seconds.
Started new job at Cognizant š§
Joined Cognizant in May to help lead their front-end practice in the Dallas Studios.
Got engaged š
I asked my favorite person to marry me. She said yes!
